With Master’s degrees in both Forensic Science, specializing in Behavioral Analysis, and HRM, Sharada combines rigorous analytical methods with a deep understanding of human behavior to solve complex organizational challenges.

Rajesh N’s journey to co-founding Darsha Thoughtways is marked by his extensive experience and passion for strategic human resource management and organizational development. With over 24 years of experience in HR across various sectors such as technology, manufacturing, service, and automotive, Rajesh brings a wealth of knowledge and a strategic mindset to the firm.
Rajesh holds a PG Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PMIR) and an LLB from Osmania University. His career spans significant associations with major companies including CtrlS Datacenter Ltd., Ramky Group, TVS & Sons Ltd., NEG MICON Pvt Ltd, HSBC. Rajesh has been instrumental in implementing HR strategies that enhance talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and process excellence.
Currently, Rajesh has successfully handled government projects and worked with public sector undertakings (PSUs). His strategic approach in planning, presenting, and implementing these projects has demonstrated his capability to drive large-scale initiatives with precision and effectiveness.
